Members of the Montana Youth Symphony are presenting a chamber music concert at Tippet Rise on Saturday, October 5th, 2024 at 3PM. The program includes works by J.S. Bach, Clara Schumann, Johannes Brahms, Camille Saint-Saëns, Franz Josef Haydn and Nicolo Paganini, and features violinists Caroline Tanner and Felix Guggenheim, violist Niveah Killsnight, oboist Noah Durnell, cellists Charlie Snellman and David Harmsworth, as well as pianist Tanner Jorden. Dr. Ilse-Mari Lee will accompany several of the young musicians at the piano.

Now in its second year, the Montana Youth Symphony is comprised of young musicians from all over Montana, who return to the treasure state each summer for a week of rehearsals and chamber music, culminating in a gala performance under the direction of Sir Donald Runnicles.
